Make an online payment arrangement. You can verify your account using your My Verizon User ID & Password or another method to verify your account.
Registered with My Verizon?
Sign into My Verizon and select Bill & Payment in the left column. You can make a one-time payment with your checking or savings account, debit, credit or ATM card. In addition, you can enroll in Autopay and/or enroll in Paper Free Billing.
Pay your bill in person
If you want to pay your bill in person, find an authorized payment location near you.
Pay your bill by mail
If you want to pay your bill by mail, mail payment to the address found on your bill. You can enter your account number into this tool to look up the closest bill pay address Or, mail to:

Pay your bill from your mobile device
You can access m.verizon.com from your internet-connected mobile device to find payment locations and payment mailing addresses.
Make a payment arrangement for past due amounts
If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, Verizon may be able to offer you a payment arrangement.
- Scheduling a different date to pay your entire Past Due amount.
or - Scheduling two dates to pay your Past Due amount over two payments.
Note To avoid late payment fees, pay your bill at least three business days before the payment date that appears on page 1 of your statement. Make your payment early so it can be processed by Verizon's office before the payment date. If you have a Balance Forward from the previous month, you should pay that amount immediately.
